Suzette LaGrange is one of the leading professionals in the Southern Nevada commercial real estate industry. Client focused and results driven, she has a passion for serving her clients’ best interests while maximizing and monetizing their real estate assets.
She began her commercial real estate brokerage career in 1995 with CBRE and joined Colliers International in 2005. Her vast experience and knowledge of office and industrial properties includes landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, land acquisitions, zoning, entitlements, design and planning, marketing, and lease negotiations. She has represented build-to-suit and speculative office and industrial developments, sale-lease back transactions, and owner/user building sales.
Suzette brings together the very best team suited for a client's individual needs by partnering with the talented group of professionals in her office and throughout the Colliers network of offices.
Past and current clients include Harsch Investment Properties, ProLogis, DP Partners, CDW Corporation, Folio Furniture, FedEx, Martin Harris Construction, PENTA Building Group, DC Building Group, HCA The Healthcare Company, and Credit Acceptance Corporation.
Because of Suzette's knowledge and passion for the industry, she is a two-time recipient of the NAIOP Southern Nevada chapter Associate of the Year (2006 and 2013). Additionally, she was named the 2005 Industrial Broker of the Year and 2007 Office Brokerage Team of the Year by NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter. She is a National NAIOP Developing Leaders Award recipient. As a proud member of the highly esteemed Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2013, she enjoys giving back and promoting her native town of Las Vegas. Earlier in her career, In Business Las Vegas recognized her as one of the “Top Business People Under 40”, and featured by the Nevada Business Journal as one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders Today”.
Suzette served on the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter board of directors for 10 years. Over the span of those years, she was co-chair of the government affairs committee, chair of the bus tour committee, and chair of the membership committee.
